The Methodology I Employ

Step 1: Assessing One’s Lifestyle

To gain as much as information about one, I will start with a questionnaire, after inquiring about your day to day living, pair nutrition advice starters such as. Meals structure to gradual habit changes. Daily routines: Simple changes for large benefits.

Step 2: Tailored Training Program

I develop long-term macrocycles that coincide with your ultimate goal and break this down into weekly microcycles for incremental progress. The plan is: 

1. Customized for either gym or home workouts;

2. Timed and tailored to your needs;

3. Steadily follows an increase in activity in a sustainable manner.

Step 3: Assessment and Results

Your progress will be monitored on a month-to-month basis basis, making adjustments as necessary. For various exercises, I will have you send 2-3 sets of video clips to assess your form. 

Local clients are even more fortunate as we can have real-time sessions at the gym and work on refining techniques right there and then.

Step 4: Modification of Nutrition

First, we go through the recommendations as well as tracking progress and adjust it based on the previous inputs. If I deem it necessary, I will examine a few of your meals (only the types, not the amount) for a few overstated days to figure out your macronutrients (I do all the maths, you only need to show me food). 

There are adjustments I will make to maximize the outcome.
