I’m here to share insights on how one can enhance their health while accelerating their anabolic cycles. My name is George Roy, and I have over 15 years of experience working with athletes at various levels by designing and perfecting anabolic cycles for them.

Perceiving the Mechanics of Anabolic Cycles
A fitness goal is not universal, as, with several body types and health considerations in mind, creating a perfect anabolic cycle is strenuous fitness. And health experts usually take age and health condition into account while assembling anabolic cycles for their patients or clients.
But there are certain new beginnings, secrets, and analytics which guide a fitness expert to walk in the darkness. To answer this anonymity, the key strategy lies in making it personal, therefore, adjusting the cycles according to an individual’s requirements.
Having been a coach and a bodybuilder for several years, I have been able to research and tailor so many cycles and dosages in the past. However, each one of us responds differently as to how these dosages affect our body.
So, with that being said, it is important that one learns the various characteristics of each compound and their effects when combined with several other compounds in your body.
Allow me to take you through my experiences as well as the journey of achieving a balanced and effective anabolic cycle. In this section, I will be explaining a few typical mistakes and how you are able to avoid them.
My Journey: Designing the Perfect Anabolic Cycle
After competing in a few tournaments, I wanted to give my body rest while ensuring I do not lose strength and muscle mass that I have built over the past few months.
I will be covering different stages of my cycle, the compounds that I used, the phase-wise approach that I had to take and the changes I made where necessary in order to ensure that I appear at my best while also being healthy.
Initial Stage: Testosterone & Recovery Phase
I had to refrain from working during the offseason so that my body could recuperate. Therefore, I decided to start with a recovery phase and for that I used testosterone dosages of about 150 mg wrestling week for two months. As a result, my body was able to restore its level of testosterone and bring everything back to normal.
Testo is the most crucial aspect of an anabolic cycle. It enables you to build muscle mass, burn fat, and performs well in any physical activity. As a newcomer, I made a point to take a less harsh approach and use less testosterone to rest myself.
Boldenone and Only Increasing The Dose Of testosterone
Through time, my body healed and so did my markers and this is when I began using testosterone but in higher doses ranging from 450 to 600 mg a week. This further increase allowed me to breakthrough my plateau and proceed towards working harder.
The testosterone was complemented with Boldenone (EQ) at EQ 1: T 0.8 Bolde. This substance works very well on muscle growth, vascularity, and the hunger sense while still carrying less risks like those of other stronger steroids.
Why Boldenone:
- I picked Boldenone due to the fact that while giving decent results it does not result into heavy side effects as the other stronger anabolic steroids like Trenbolone does;
- Also, it is well known to increase joint health which is crucial while aiming for strength within prolonged periods.
To sober up from the effects of Primobolan and counter the side effects for the next cycle I increased the dosage of Primobolan to 300-400 mg, Primobolan is a weaker anabolic steroid. The side effects for this are relatively low so I went with this.
However, I soon come to the realization that I have been suffering from hair loss and skin breakout. This was most likely due to the high activity of my sebaceous glands that are typical side effects of up taking Primobolan.
What I did next:
- Since the side effects were not tolerable, I replaced Primobolan with Masteron at 150-200 mg per week;
- Masteron helped increase, muscle hardness, as well as aid in fat loss, but the hair thinning and acne problems persisted. This was when I started to use Oxandrolone (Anavar) at 30 mg every day so as to get rid of Masteron;
- Nevertheless, when I started utilizing Anavar, my ALT (liver enzymes) rose.
Thus, I decided that for now I will stop taking oral steroids and that I will start using injectable options instead in order to not add any further stress on my liver.
Enhancing the Cycle
As I kept going, I realized that there is competition but that wasn’t my goal, but instead, I was trying to maintain balanced blood work while also making improvements, which is why I was constantly monitoring my health markers.
Seeing as how Finasteride potentially can be problematic for my meibomian glands, I chose to discontinue its use. Consequently, my target dose of testosterone was lowered to 300 mg and the aim was to manage DHT in order to prevent hair loss and any prostate related issues.
Due to Estradiol being on the upper side, the dose of Boldenone was increased to a ratio of 1:0.9 in order to retain balance.
Making Your Cycle More Personal: A Personal Touch
Most of you are probably asking: How can I tailor compounds and dosages for myself?
The solution has to do with understanding your body, tracking your blood work and assessing your results. Although there are some main guidelines to assist you in cycling:
Selecting Compounds Suitable for Your Target Objectives
- For Mass and Strength: Testosterone, Boldenone, or Nandrolone should be applied. These compounds are great muscle builders and improve performance;
- In Order to Cut and Lose Extra Body Fat: Winstrol, Masteron, and Trenbolone are simply the best as they strip off the fat while ensuring that muscle mass is still intact;
- For Health and Safety: Consider using more moderate compounds such as Oxandrolone and Primobolan. The risk of side effects is reduced, but solid results can still be achieved.
Monitoring Of Blood Work
Your body will respond differently to the anabolic compounds so blood tests are very important. You need to monitor:
- Testosterone Levels: To make sure you are not abusing;
- Estradiol Levels: To ensure that you do not become prone to estrogenic side effects;
- Liver Test: To prevent accumulation of toxicity because of oral steroids;
- Red Blood Cell Count: This is particularly true for Boldenone users as it tends to elevate the hematocrit.
Medications should be Modified
There is no such thing as a constant anabolic cycle. Depending on your evaluation for side effects, progress, and even blood test results, it is advised that there should be different dosing strategies employed during the cycle. So don’t hesitate to change it as needed.
Cycle Length And Rest Between And After Cycles
Rest between cycles is as important as the cycle itself. Give your body ample time to recover after a cycle is over. Which means you switch off use of steroids and focus on post cycle therapy (PCT) until your hormone levels return to a normal level.

- Dosage: Testosterone (200-500 mg/week), Primobolan (300-600 mg/week), Masteron (200-400 mg/week).
- Pros: Strength gain with low side effects, better muscle hardness and strength.
- Cons: Use of aromatase inhibitors and DHT levels should be watched over closely.
Testosterone + Nandrolone
Ideal for joint maintenance and recovery with very little androgenic side effects.
- Dosage: Testosterone (200-500 mg/week), Nandrolone (200-400 mg/week);
- Pros: Supports joints, aids in recovering, low sides such as no hair thinning;
- Cons: Prolactin and estrogen should also be tracked.
Testosterone + Boldenone
Ideal for achieving lean mass and vascularity while minimal water accumulation occurs.
- Dosage: Testosterone (200-500 mg/week), Boldenone (150-400 mg/week);
- Pros: Positive appetite stimulation, assisted muscle building, vascularity;
- Cons: Possible increase in haematoctitthus which could necessitate monitoring.
Why Should You Not Adhere to My Cycle Blindly
I can’t stress on this enough: I consider pharmacology as a very personal undertaking. What works for me might not be inspiring to you and in fact, it can even make be ineffective and lead to side effects.
If we’re talking about compounds, It is important for every individual to realise that every body reacts differently to those compounds and the key here is knowing how to adjust your cycle so that it meets your needs.
